  4. MS-News@Simtel.Net is a moderated one-way mailing list used by Simtel.Net
  5. archivists to announce new uploads to the MS-DOS, Windows 3.x, and
  6. Windows 95 collections.  Postings are in standard Internet digest format
  7. to reduce network and mail system load.  Each digest contains 10-14
  8. messages and averages 20K in size.

  10. To subscribe, send e-mail to  listserv@Simtel.Net  with this command in
  11. the body of the message:  add ms-news
  12.  
  13. The individual announcements which appear in this digest are also
  14. posted to Usenet newsgroups comp.archives.msdos.announce and/or
  15. comp.archives.ms-windows.announce.  To reduce the load on your
  16. host's mail system you may wish to read the newsgroups rather than
  17. subscribe to this mailing list.

  19. Simtel.Net information files (including a complete list of mirror sites),
  20. recent back issues of the digest, and programs to break the digest into
  21. individual messages are available.  To receive a list, send mail to
