  1.               README  for WEIGH-IN version 2.20
  2.  
  3.      WEIGH-IN has been designed to help you see how you are meeting 
  4. your weight goals.  WEIGH-IN will record your weight and display
  5. two graphs:  1) a graph of all the weights that you have entered
  6. and 2) a graph of your last ten weights.  You can also display
  7. your weight data in many other graphs and print these graphs to
  8. almost any printer.
  9.  
  10.      Installation for DOS:
  11.           type "A:WEIGH-IN INSTALL"
  12.            (or "B:WEIGH-IN INSTALL")
  13.  
  14.      Installation for Windows:
  15.           click on "file" then "run" from "Program Manager"
  16.           type "A:INSTALL" (or "B:INSTALL")
  17.  
  18.      To run a demonstration with sample data 
  19.           type "A:DEMO" (or "B:DEMO")
