  2.                     Attention Shareware Vendors!

  4. If you wish to carry this or any other HyperWare Shareware product
  5. we only require the following from you:
  6.  
  7. - You provide us with a free subscription to any of your mailouts
  8.   including flyers, catalogs and other promotional mail outs.
  9.  
  10. - That you contact us before adding any of our products to your list
  11.   of products just so that we have you on record.  This will only help
  12.   you as we will then automatically send you the latest updates
  13.   whenever they are released.
  14.  
  15. - No more than $10 per disk be charged for the shareware distribution.
  16.  
  17. - Only the Shareware versions of our product be distributed.  Under no
  18.   circumstances are the registered versions to be distributed by anyone
  19.   other than HyperWare.
  20.  
  21. - Any HyperWare files are to be distributed un-altered unless the
  22.   changes are approved in writing from HyperWare.  NO files may be
  23.   removed without prior written approval.
  24.  
  25. - The description supplied in the *.UP file be used as the description
  26.   for your catalog.  You are allowed to add to this description and
  27.   modify it as long as the general content remains the same.
