  5. The compilation copyright of SimTel, the Coast to Coast Software
  6. Repository (tm), was done to protect the collection against commercial
  7. exploitation.  Several on-line services had indicated they might take
  8. it over.  There was also some concern that one CD-ROM vendor might try
  9. to shut out the other vendors.

  11. Coast to Coast Telecommunications' policy is that all CD-ROM vendors
  12. will have an equal chance to offer the collection through non-exclusive
  13. re-distribution agreements.
