  1. The Main Menu / Edit menu has several ways to handle your
  2. data. Copy brings up a copy of your current Window, with the
  3. same filter of items. Click on those items you wish to copy,
  4. then click on Group Copy. Things are now in the Windows
  5. Clipbaord.

  7. Paste when clicked displays the current contents of the
  8. Windows Clipboard. You may have copied a paragraph of
  9. a story into the clipboard previously. Then click on those
  10. items you wish to Paste to the end of the main list. Then
  11. Click Group Paste.
  12.  
  13. Group Delete functions like Copy, except the selected items will
  14. be deleted from your list. The items are not copied to
  15. the WIndows Clipboard.

  17. Complete list allows  a listing like the Filter Complete - the complete
  18. list, but the list is much roomier, and the screen is not
  19. cluttered by controls. You have no editing functions in this
  20. complete list.

  22. Options / Topic Maintenance

  24.         Bear in mind that this section has a direct bearing on your data.
  25.         You can add a new topic, delete an existing topic,
  26.         rename a topic -including renaming a topic to another
  27.         topic to consolidate; You can sort the main list by topic,
  28.         or Sort the topic name list itself. From this screen you can
  29.         also unmark important items.
  30.  
  31.         When deleting a topic, you have the option (a checkbox)
  32.         to also remove the data assigned to that topic.

  34.         You can assign a group of items to a given topic by selecting
  35.         "Group Assign"
  36.
