  8. CyberPiPView is another picture viewer with usage of the
  9. datatypes. This program usses the videolayer feature of a 
  10. cv64/3d to display pictures in 16bit no matter which resolution 
  11. the current screen has (<=8bit, 15/16/24bit). This means 
  12. that any picture can be shown in up to 65536 colors even 
  13. if the current screen just has 8 colors. The gfx processors 
  14. automatically scales the picture to fit on the screen. When
  15. the window gets resized, the picture will be scaled, too.

  19.  1.1    now checks if a cv64/3d is installed (R. Reiswig),
  20.     didn't close libs when ReadArgs() failed,
  21.     window border no longer covers parts of the pictures,
  22.     added COLORKEY option (see known problems section),
  23.     DELAY option.

  25.  1.3    now works with p96 picture.dt (forgot to get a new
  26.     bitmap pointer after remapping).
