  27. as an update for an already installed program).  Each developer should
  28. register PSMMM for use on their machine.

  31. LIMITAION OF LIABILITY

  34. be detected during development and testing. Under no circumstances
  35. shall PTAHSoft be held liable for any damages that result from

  37. PTAHSoft has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

  39. damages or losses exceed the amount paid for the software.
