  70. out.  Otherwise, you may turn on your printer and, at the DOS prompt (while
  71. in the \TRADESHW directory), type:

  75. and fill in the print-out form by hand or typewriter.

  77. Or, if you are in Windows(tm), launch Notepad, open the file Order.frm in
  78. the \TRADESHW  directory.  From the File menu, select Page Setup to set all
  79. margins minimally:  0 for Left, Right, Top, Bottom margins.  Delete the
  80. default header and footer items.  Select OK.  Then from the File Menu,
  81. select Print to print out the order form.   (If you wish to fill in the
  82. form with your order information before printing, it would be best to open
  83. Order.frm in a word processor, such as Write, because Notepad does not
  84. have an overwrite mode in Windows(tm) 3.x.)

  86. You may also order with a note or letter that includes your name, organiza-
  87. tion name, address, program name & version, number of users being licensed,
  88. and remittance.  We would appreciate knowing where you obtained your copy
  89. of this program; we utilize this information on your source for future
  90. marketing purposes and to assist in keeping that source supplied with the
  91. latest versions of our programs.

  93. International clients must pay by check or money order in U.S. dollars, drawn
  94. on a U.S. bank or the U.S. branch of an international bank.  Please realize
  95. that international postal money orders are considerably delayed through the
  96. postal systems and may not be the most expedient way of relaying payment.  An
  97. often-used form of payment consists of obtaining a dollar-denominated money
  98. order from the local American Express office which you may then airmail to
  99. us along with your order.

  104. Since we are usually quite prompt in filling orders, we ask that U.S. clients
  105. who do not receive an order within 14 - 21 days of mailing it to us kindly
  106. send us a note or memo stating that an order was sent, along with the date
  107. that it was mailed.  Canadian and International clients please allow 21 -
  108. 28 days minimum before writing about an order not yet received.  Include
  109. your CompuServe number or Internet address, if any, for an E-mail reply as
  110. well as your complete mailing address.  A reply as to whether or not we
  111. received the order will normally be dispatched to you immediately.  Please do
  112. not send currency with an order, and do ascertain that you have properly
  113. addressed the envelope to us (including our correct P.O. Box number and zip
  114. code), and indicate a complete return address (including country name if
  115. outside U.S.A.) on your envelope.
