  31. it should NOT confer any privileges that could possibly compromise

  35. provided by Omen Technology Inc or Dynamis Software.  If I distribute
  36. DSZEXE.ZOO, I shall also maintain DSZ.ARC in the same directory since
  37. DSZEXE.ZOO references files in DSZ.ARC.

  39. If I see see an unpacked, repacked, or otherwise modified DSZ archive or
  40. parts thereof in a file or collection of files (e.g., archive) on a
  41. bulletin board, I shall replace such files or archive members with
  42. DSZ.ARC excatly as provided by Omen Technology Inc.  I shall report
  43. instances of non compliance to Omen Technology.

  45. I shall not allow any version of dsz to be sold, modified, patched,
  46. hacked, disassembled, decompiled, or otherwise reverse engineered
  47. without the prior written permission of Omen Technology Inc.

  49. I agree to feature the ZCOMM files (ZCOMMEXE.ARC, ZCOMMDOC.ARC,
  50. ZCOMMHLP.ARC) for downloading, and to announce the availablity and
  51. features of ZCOMM in any bulletins, help displays, or other displays
  52. that mention communications programs.

  54. I agree to manintain a valid login on the BBS system(s) for which I am
  55. requestiog registration, for use by Omen Technology in spot checking BBS
  56. support.
