  7.      PAF Review contains descriptive information about shareware and freeware
  8.      utilities  that  work  with versions 2.x of the Personal Ancestral File.
  9.      Except  for  a  list of utilities for the Apple MacIntosh version of PAF
  10.      in file PAFRV.DES, PAF Review covers only the IBM PC version.  PAF, from  is 
  11.      the  Church  of  Jesus  Christ  of Latter-day Saints, is widely  used by 
  12.      genealogical  researchers.  The  "Changes Only" version of PAF Review is 
  13.      described by this file.  It contains a summary and index of all programs 
  14.      and  files  covered  by  edition 94.4.   It only contains new or changed 
  15.      INF(Information), REV(Review) and RPT(Report) files.  The  "cumulative"
  16.      version of PAF Review is in a file called PAFRV944.ZIP.  It contains all 
  17.      INF/REV/RPT files whether changed or not.

  19.      To  create the individual files that make up PAF Review, run the program
  20.      named  INSTALL.  It  will decompress PAF Review to a hard disk directory  
  21.      that  you  select,  after verifying that there is enough space.  So that 
  22.      these updates can be used together with the PAF Review files you already 
  23.      have, select the same directory you are currently using for PAF Review.

  25.      Once the install is done, you no longer need the files named INSTALL.EXE  
  26.      and INSTALL.PRV.  After installation you may browse, search  through  or 
  27.      print any of the included material using the program PAFREV.EXE.   There  
  28.      are  no parameters required and the PAF Review files are  assumed  to be 
  29.      in the current directory by default.  Type PAFREV /H for  information on 
  30.      optional  parameters.  For  instructions on how to use PAFREV,  use  the  
  31.      built-in  help  by  pressing the F1 function key or by pressing ALT H at 
  32.      any point.  PAFREV includes the ability to look at any individual  file,  to  print  a  single file, to print all files, and to
  33.      search  for files containing a short piece of text that you specify.  If
  34.      you  prefer, the files in PAF Review can be displayed on your monitor or
  35.      printed using other utilities or DOS commands.

  37.      PLEASE  NOTE:   Files  in  PAF Review end with a page eject character to
  38.      allow unattended printing via the DOS copy command.  If you print with a
  39.      program  that adds an eject at the end of each document, such as the DOS
  40.      PRINT command, you will have a blank page between each file.
