The web mine grey band bug is fixed. This is the major reason for this
release.
If the file inf.def is found in the play subdirectory supplied on the
command line that is the definition file that is used for the current
message parseing file. If not the one that exists in the subdirectory
that inf.exe was loaded from in will be used. This was done to facilitate
those of you who play multiple games at a time.
The mineral order on the planets display screen is now the same as
other places.
Wormholes are drawn in a more visible colour. It seems that most Vga
cards did not show up the RGB colour mix that I assigned it.
The hyperjump calculator can be started without selecting a ship first.
Added a race grabbing for enemy mine fields. With allies passing mine
fields information around, we need to avoid telling someone about his
own mines. This causes the owner of the mines to sometimes see them as
enemy mines.
Also because we can now read an allies messages, if he/she was scanning for
mine presence and detected one of our fields because the race owner
was not known it was flagged as such and not as belonging to us.
Features requested and will be available in 2.4
Starbase information.
Backward projection of a ship based on course and speed. (Optional toggle)
If mission of ship set to lay mines to show expected field.
