  3.         ** SPICE Model Generation From Data Sheets **

  5.  SpiceMod is a CAE program that is used to create SPICE models
  6.  from data sheet values.  Although not fully functional, the 
  7.  demonstration version can be used to model Diodes, BJTs, and 
  8.  JFETs and will give the user the feel of the production version. 
  9.  
  10.  SpiceMod is particularly useful in the circuit design phase
  11.  because it allows engineers to create SPICE models based on
  12.  electrical specifications before an actual device is selected. 
  13.  It is also a must for engineers that may have to generate their
  14.  own SPICE models at a moments notice without any assistance.
