  12. HEXpert is a Shareware product.  As such, it is made available
  13. to the general computing public for evaluation.  Users are licensed
  14. to operate HEXpert on their personal computers for the purpose of
  15. test and evaluation on a trial basis for a period of no more than
  16. two weeks.  If the user decides the program is not of sufficient
  17. merit to warrant purchase through registration with Matthew Woolsey,
  18. program use should cease and the program files should be deleted from
  19. the computer it is installed upon.  Otherwise, if the program is
  20. deemed useful and is in regular use, registration with Matthew Woolsey
  21. is required.  See the file, REGISTER.TXT for instructions
  22. on registering HEXpert.

  24. Registered users are those users that elect to pay for HEXpert
  25. and register that payment with Matthew Woolsey.  By virtue of
  26. registration and payment for the program, registered users are
  27. granted a license to continue to utilize the program for as
  28. long as they choose.  This license authorizes the user to use
  29. the program on any personal computer system so long as the program
  30. is operated on only one computer system at a time.
