  9. You should carefully read the following terms and conditions
  10. before using this software.

  12. Shareware Version

  14. You are hereby licensed to:  use the Shareware Version of the
  15. software for a 30-day evaluation period; make as many copies of
  16. the Shareware version of this software and documentation as you
  17. wish; give exact copies of the original Shareware version to
  18. anyone; and distribute the Shareware version of the software and
  19. documentation in its unmodified form via electronic means.  There
  20. is no charge for any of the above.

  22. You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting
  23. donations, for any such copies, however made; and from
  24. distributing the software and/or documentation with other products
  25. (commercial or otherwise) without prior written permission, with
  26. one exception:  Disk Vendors approved by the Association of
  27. Shareware Professionals are permitted to redistribute FCPro,
  28. subject to the conditions in this license, without specific
  29. written permission.

  31. Unregistered use of FCPro after the 30-day evaluation period is
  32. in violation of federal copyright laws.

  34. Evaluation and Registration

  36. This is not free software.  This license allows you to use this
  37. software for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 30
  38. days.  If you use this software after the 30 day evaluation period
  39. a registration fee of $59.95 for the Standard Edition and $99.95
  40. for the Professional Edition is required.  Payments must be in US
  41. dollars drawn on a US bank, and should be sent to Software Builders,
  42. 1630 Pleasant Hill Rd., Suite 180-243, Duluth, GA.  Credit card
  43. ordering and quantity discounts are available, as described in
  44. the file ORDER.TXT.  When payment is received you will be sent a
  45. registered copy of the latest version of FCPro, professionally
  46. packaged with a professionally designed manual, more detailed
  47. on-line help with tutorial, free technical support, and added
  48. features (see FEATURES.TXT for complete list of additional
  49. features for registered users).

  51. One registered copy of FCPro may either be used by a single
  52. person who uses the software personally on one or more computers,
  53. or installed on a single workstation used nonsimultaneously by
  54. multiple people, but not both.

  56. You may access the registered version of FCPro through a network,
  57. provided that you have obtained individual licenses for the
  58. software covering all workstations that will access the software
  59. through the network.

  61. Governing Law

  63. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of
  64. Georgia.

  66. Disclaimer of Warranty

  68. THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND
  69. WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY
  70. OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.  Because of the
  71. various hardware and software environments into which FCPro may
  72. be put, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS
  73. OFFERED.

  75. Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be
  76. thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it.
  77. The user must assume the entire risk of using the program.  ANY
  78. LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT
  79. REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.
