  7. READ is Shareware; you may make copies and give them to friends (as long as
  8. you copy READ completely and unchanged). You are permitted to test READ for
  9. a period of four weeks without registration, but if you want to use READ
  10. permanently, you must register it with the author. I decided to keep the
  11. price low since I'm often annoyed by high Shareware prices.

  13. One licence allows you the usage of this and future versions numbered 2.xx
  14. in a manner that ensures that READ is only being used by one person at a
  15. time; if you install READ on several PCs that are used by several persons
  16. at the same time, you have to acquire one licence for each PC.

  18. One registration cost you DM 5, US $3,50 or equivalent (please regard exchange
  19. loss). I can accept Eurocheques, banknotes and international postal money
  20. orders. (Cashing in other checks, even if payable at a german bank, costs
  21. me fees between DM 15 and DM 30).

  23. If you add DM 3 (overseas DM 5), a formatted diskette and an envelope addressed
  24. to you, I'll send the disk back with the latest version of READ on it.
