  6. See WHATSNEW.ENG for a list of changes to previous releases. This relesae
  7. has a bug fixed, plus two more configuration parameters. You can use
  8. 2.11 and 2.12 config files with this version.

  10. Please report any bug that you discover; this will help me to improve READ.

  12. Another thing: if you write to me (for whatever reason) please state
  13. where you've got READ from. This allows me to make sure that the new
  14. releases really find their way to the users.
