  5. YGDRASIL - A monthly Journal of the Poetic arts.

  7. Ygdrasil was conceived as the first truly significant and serious
  8. international poetry journal to use the electronic medium for it's
  9. distribution network.  It was also meant to rival the many standard
  10. poetry journals one might find on the bookshelves.  And of course it
  11. was most of all meant to provide a permanent place to showcase
  12. some of the truly wonderful poetry which appears rather fleetingly
  13. on our monitors through the various Poetry Conferences scattered
  14. throughout the Networks spanning North America and Europe, especially
  15. it's home Network Centipede.

  17. Ygdrasil publishes, along with many new poets each month, on a regular
  18. basis, such fine poets as Pedro Sena, Igal Koshevoy, Andrew Blevins,
  19. Jan Kingsford and Bob Ezergailis, all with an established reputation
  20. throughout the poetry metworks for the excellence of their work.

  22. Ygdrasil is Officially distributed by Paul Lauda through his Revisions
  23. Systems BBS, and is available on many fine supporting BBSs such as
  24. Tom Almy's Bitter Better Butter BBS (Portland Oregon), Daniel Coulombe's
  25. Synapse BBS (Ottawa, Ontario) and many more.  A full listing can be

  28. The Editorial staff includes, Editor, Founder and Publisher, Klaus Gerken;
  29. Assosiate Editors, Paul Lauda, Igal Koshevoy, Pedro Sena; and, European
  30. Editor, Miodrag Djordjevic.

  32. Ygdrasil attempts to maintain a very high professional standard, which
  33. will bring the works of some very fine poets to the forefront and give
  34. them the attention and audience they so richly deserve.
