  2. For the diligent and AWARE child of God there is only one Bible version that
  3. can be trusted today.  The Word of God is not without enemies, those who hate
  4. the Living God and prefer to have a god of their own making, would like to see
  5. His word destroyed.  Satan uses these weaker vessels to accomplish his work.
  6.  
  7. There are two main sources of manuscripts from which the New Testament has
  8. been translated.  First, there is the Traditional Text, which is also known as
  9. the Majority Text, Received Text, or Textus Receptus. -This text comes from
  10. Antioch, a Christian religious refugee center after the dead of Jesus.  It is
  11. this Text that was used in the translation of the King James Version of 1611.
  12.  
  13. The second source of texts is basically of two groups:  The Latin Vulgate and
  14. The Alexandrian Texts.  The latter, followed by Westcott and Hort, is also
  15. referred to as the "B" and "Aleph", or Vatican and Sinai, or Minority Texts.
  16. The Vatican (B) text appeared in the Vatican, and the Sinai was found of all
  17. places, in the wastebasket of the St. Catherine's Monastery on Mt. Sinai, in
  18. February of 1859 by Dr. Tischendorf
  19.  
  20. These Greek Texts owned by the Roman Catholic church, and others very similar
  21. in content were used as the primary source in the New Testament translation of
  22. most of the New Versions of today.
  23.  
  24. The great Greek scholar, Dr.Scrivener, says in his book "A Full Collation of
  25. the Codex Sinaiticus, "The Codex is covered with such alterations....brought
  26. in by at least ten different revisors, some of them systematically spread over
  27. every page, other occasional or limited to separated portions of the MS, many
  28. of these being contemporaneous with the first writer, but for the greater part
  29. belonging to the sixth or seventh century.
  30. Dr. Alfred Martin echoes this, "Aleph shows the works of ten different
  31. correctors down through the centuries).

  33. The Alexandrian Texts go back to the days of Clement (200 A.D.), who founded
  34. the "Catechetical School" at Alexandria.  He brought the wisdom of the WORLD
  35. into the teachings of the Christian faith and began to collect a group of
  36. manuscripts which gradually got changed to suit the thinking of the learned
  37. man.
  38.  
  39. The best known graduate of this Alexandrian School was Origen who followed
  40. Clement as the head of the school.  He became the most influential leader of
  41. his generation.  He edited a six-column Bible called the Hexapla.  Each of the
  42. columns had a different version of the Bible.  He continually changed Bible
  43. verses that did not agree with his liberal ideas.  He spiritualized God's
  44. Word.
  45.  
  46. Scholars tell us that these texts are the "oldest" and therefore the most
  47. "accurate".  But what they don't tell us is that there are also plenty of
  48. manuscripts just as old from the Antioch school and that this "ACCURACY" has
  49. been determined by their own OPINIONS based on their own BELIEVES.
  50.  
  51. The next historical step in corrupting the Bible was taken in the time of
  52. Constantine.  He accepted the Christian faith for political purposes and
  53. ordered a Bible that would appeal to the masses.  Eusebius, a follower of
  54. Origen, was chosen for this task.
  55.  
  56. The corruption of God's Word was taken over by Jerome who was called upon by
  57. the Pope to prepare a Bible that would flavor the Roman Catholic teaching.
  58. This Bible was officially accepted by the Church at the Council of Trent in
  59. 1546.  It was through Jerome that the seven Apocryphal books were placed in
  60. the Bible.  These were soon accepted by Roman Catholic Church as
  61. authoritative.

  63. In 1881 there appeared in England a two volume edition of the New Testament in
  64. the Original Greek by Westcott and Hort.
  65.  
  66. The Westcott and Hort Greek New Testament was primarily based on the Roman
  67. Catholic owned VATICANUS (B) and SINAITICUS (Aleph) manuscripts of the fourth
  68. century.  Both of which originated from the Alexandrian School.  Their work
  69. was used later as the main basis for all subsequent translations.  The New
  70. American Standard Version was translated from the 23rd edition of the Nestle
  71. Greek Text which is very similar to the work of Westcott and Hort.

  73. Professor Zane C. Hodges of Dallas Theological Seminary has estimated that 80%
  74. -90% of the Greek New Testament Manuscripts in existence today are of the
  75. traditional variety, upon which the KJV was based.  He says, "It is also well
  76. known among students of textual criticism that a LARGE MAJORITY OF THIS HUGE
  77. MASS OF MANUSCRIPTS- somewhere between 80%- 90% or about 4,200 to 4,700 out of
  78. a possible 5,255 copies of manuscripts, contain a Greek text which in most
  79. respects closely resembles the kind of text which was the basis if our KJV.

  81. One of the arguments against the King James Version and the Textus Receptus
  82. from which it was translated, is that more manuscripts have been discovered or
  83. catalogued since its translation in 1611.  This is true, Thousands of
  84. manuscripts have been brought to light since 1611, but THE GREAT MAJORITY OF
  85. THESE ARE IN SUBSTANTIAL AGREEMENT WITH THE TRADITIONAL RECEIVED TEXT
  86. UNDERLYING THE KJV.

  97. This part of the posting is to give you just a taste of some of the changes.
  98. the changes are way too many to be all mentioned in this space.  The corrupted
  99. Alexandrian manuscripts differ from the Textus Receptus in over 5,000
  100. instances resulting eventually in over 36,000 differences in the various
  101. English versions.

  163. This part of the posting will refer to ALL New Versions of the Bible as New
  164. Age Versions"  that will include the NEW King James Bible and will leave out
  165. the OLD KING JAMES BIBLE (1611), SINCE THIS BIBLE IS THE ONLY ONE THAT HAS NOT
  166. BEEN TOUCHED BY THE INSIDIOUS FINGER OF THE NEW AGE.

  168. The "Word of God" is the only thing keeping Satan from deluding the whole
  169. world.  Once the "Word of God" is removed, then there is no authority for the
  170. child of The Living God to stand upon.  Once The Living God is eliminated,
  171. then man becomes god.  This is the teaching of the New Age that we are gods.
  172. The New Age is not really new, It's the same Ancient Wisdom of the past or
  173. what the Bible refers to as "BAAL WORSHIP" revived under a new cover.

  175. So the leaders of the New Age have a plan in mind to do away with the Word of
  176. God or what we call the Bible.  They will produce a New Age Bible, a final
  177. version that will please EVERY ONE.  But a frontal attack will be too obvious
  178. and unproductive, but a gradual change, one that we will not even notice will
  179. do just fine.  So what they are doing is producing new versions of the Bible
  180. with what they claim are better manuscripts, even though they are in the
  181. minority and show ample signs of CORRUPTION and editing.
  182.  
  183. The second part of the game is to change the words for a more up to date
  184. modern vocabulary but in so doing they are using very select words and
  185. expression that will fit their goals.  Lets see how it works.
  186.  
  187. "The encyclopedia of OCCULTISM AND PARAPSYCHOLOGY divulges Satan's secret in
  188. their definition of "THE NEW AGE" calling it a "LARGELY SEMANTIC REVOLUTION."
  189. (Semantics means changes in the meaning of words).
  190.  
  191. Lola Davis, another semantic soldier of the New Age writes in "TOWARD A WORLD
  192. RELIGION FOR THE NEW AGE": When an appropriate COMMON VOCABULARY is developed,
  193. each group can help toward a "WORLD RELIGION".

  195. Since BOTH western CHRISTIANS and eastern MYSTICS are moving along a semantic
  196. bridge -meeting in the middle- in spiritual BABYLON, their troops are

  199. TREND ONE

  201. Oriental mystics, traveling West via the New Age Movement, are adopting
  202. Christian terms for their occult ideas and identities.
  203. Some years ago the leading New Age newsletter Lucis Trust -United Nations
  204. Plaza- (by the way; it was originally named Lucifer Trust) called for
  205. volunteers to help find ACCEPTABLE CHRISTIAN COUNTERPARTS FOR NEW AGE WORDS.So
  206. now 'Buddha', 'Krishna',and 'Lucifer', become "THE LORD" "THE CHRIST" and "THE
  207. ONE".  Occult initiation becomes "baptism"
  208.  
  209. "One of the biggest advantages we have as New Agers is, once the OCCULT,
  210. METAPHYSICAL NEW AGE TERMINOLOGY IS REMOVED, we have concepts and techniques
  211. that are very acceptable to the GENERAL PUBLIC.  So we can change the names
  212. and in so doing, we OPEN THE NEW AGE DOOR TO MILLIONS who normally would not
  213. be receptive." (quote from The Sorcere's New Apprentice)

  215. TREND TWO
  216.  
  217. Western word warriors traveling east on the SEMANTIC BRIDGE have matched moves
  218. with the MYSTICS.  Since Buddha, Krishna, and Lucifer became "the Christ, the
  219. Lord, and "the One", editors riding the new version bandwagon east have
  220. changed JESUS and JEHOVAH TO "The Christ", "The Lord"' and "The One", ALL IN
  221. RESPONSE TO THE CALL FOR A COMMON LANGUAGE and the CROWNING OF THE NAMELESS
  222. GOD OF OCCULTISM.

  224. New Agers refer to LUCIFER as "The One" "A divine being".  Now new versions
  225. point readers to Satan instead of God.
  226.  
  227. In the "New Age Versions" we no longer  find the name "Lucifer" to define
  228. Satan in Isaiah 14:12, it has been replaced with "The Morning Star"  which is
  229. the Title for Jesus as per Revelation 22:16.  There is no support in any
  230. manuscript for this change.
  231.  
  232. The name "Jehovah" is changed to "LORD" which to a New Ager could mean
  233. Krishna, Buddha,  Lucifer or whatever God he looks up to.
  234.  
  235. The expression "LORD JESUS CHRIST" has been changed to  "THE CHRIST".  To a
  236. New ager "CHRIST" is not the person of Jesus, but an "OFFICE" that can be
  237. filled in by the highest Master.  To them that OFFICE was filled in the past
  238. by various masters or avatars including Jesus, Buddha etc, and will be filled
  239. in the future by Lord Maitreya who is said to have come down from the
  240. Himalayas and is currently living in London.  So by dropping the name Jesus,
  241. the expression is open to any interpretation.

  243. The expression "HOLY ONE OF ISRAEL" is changed to "ONE" or "THE ONE".
  244. To the New Ager God is not a personal Being but a "force".  They refer to this
  245. force or ultimate reality as "One" because the number perfectly denies any
  246. duality or distance between God and man.  When deity is ascribed to this "ONE"
  247. reality, it becomes a proper name: "THE ONE".
  248.  
  249. The New Versions have also toned down on the name "JESUS" and the word "GOD"
  250. those words have been changed to he or him.
  251.  
  252. Also the words SATAN, and "THE DRAGON" are eliminated in most versions.   They
  253. also omits that Jesus died for us, they just have him dying.  That we are
  254. saved by grace through his blood, we are just saved by "The One".  That we are
  255. to follow the gospel of Christ, has been changed to: "Follow The Gospel",
  256. which one?  it does not explain since the words Jesus Christ are removed.
  257. That Jesus is the door is replaced with Jesus is "A" door, leaving room for
  258. other doors.  The fire of hell is gone.  The Gospel has been changed from a
  259. Gospel of "righteousness" to a gospel of "Prosperity".  Homosexually is no
  260. longer a problem, the words homosexual have been changed to temple prostitute.
  261. Jesus is no longer "The" son of God but "A" son of God.
  262.  
  263. You may be saying that in your Bible there are still SOME references that
  264. read right.  Not for LONG my friend, they have not finished the job yet. In
  265. the future the heat will increase and it will be "boiling frog" all the way to
  266. dinner.  The heat will increase slowly without you noticing.  The aim is a
  267. "ONE BIBLE" for a "ONE "WORLD RELIGION" one that can accommodate ALL PEOPLES
  268. by fusing God and Lucifer or Satan into the same being.

  270. As a true Christian, you may think that these versions are ok for you, after
  271. all you did not even notice anything out of place.  You are saved by the blood
  272. of Jesus and you are fine, you understand everything the way it is suppose to
  273. be anyway.  I understand that, but what is our responsibility with the unsaved
  274. people?  By us giving our support to all these corrupt New Age Versions of the
  275. Bible we are contributing to their confusion and to the success of the one
  276. "WORLD RELIGION" whose Master is SATAN, and which will be essential to fulfill
  277. Satan's purposes through the Antichrist.
