  6. via e-mail.  The e-mail addresses for three popular electronic
  7. services are listed below.  Use whichever is most convenient
  8. for you.  Also listed below is a form that you can fill-in and
  9. then copy and paste into your e-mail message. Optionally, we
  10. can accept check numbers via phone or e-mail. There may be a
  11. waiting period when using this form of payment.
