  3. Welcome to CR Software Solutions Wedding Program 1.0.  We hope you
  4. enjoy your time with this program as you plan your wedding.  
  5.  
  6. **PLEASE NOTE** 
  7. This README.TXT file includes your license agreement for the
  8. temporary evaluation of this product.  Please read this material
  9. because it represents a legal agreement between you and CR
  10. Software Solutions.  By using this program, you are agreeing
  11. to the terms of this agreement.  
  12.  
  13. To install this product follow these basic instructions:
  14.   
  15. INSTALLING THE PROGRAM:        
  16.         1- Extract out the WEDPGM.ZIP file into a single directory
  17.         2- From within Windows, use the Program Manager and select
  18.            the menu item "File".
  19.         3- Click on the option "Run" 
  20.         4- Click on the button "Browse" and scan the directory
  21.            you placed the WEDPGM.ZIP files into for the program 
  22.            "SETUP.EXE", click on this program, then hit enter.
  23.         4- When executing the program SETUP.EXE you will have the
  24.        option to place the running version of The Wedding 
  25.            Program 1.0 in the directory of your choice.
  26.  
  27. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS:
  28. The following system requirements are needed for this program:
  29.         1- 80386 microprocessor running Windows 3.0 or higher
  30.         2- VGA Monitor
  31.         3- 4 MB of storage space on hard drive
  32.         4- Mouse or compatible pointing device
  33.

  67. LICENSE AGREEMENT:
  68. This license agreement permits you the use of one evaluation
  69. copy of the CR Software Solutions software program
  70. (the "SOFTWARE") on a single computer for a period of 30 days.
  71. Upon registration,  you will receive another license agreement 
  72. for this software which will replace this temporary agreement.  
  73. At the end of 30 days, if you have not registered this SOFTWARE,
  74. you must remove or destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE in your    
  75. possession.  HOWEVER, This agreement does not apply to individuals or
  76. distributors who copy the program for the sole purpose of
  77. further distribution and not for the purpose of re-sale or 
  78. other financial benefits not agreed to by CR Software Solutions.

  80. COPYRIGHT:
  81. This SOFTWARE is the property of CR Software Solutions and is
  82. protected by United States copyright laws.  Therefore you
  83. must treat this software like any other copyright material
  84. EXCEPT for the ability to make a single download of this software onto
  85. a single computer for personal evaluation or for further distribution
  86. as described in the above license agreement.

  88. WARRANTY:
  89. A warranty shall be provided to registered users of this software
  90. and a description of such will be included with the registration
  91. materials.

  93. NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES:
  94. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall 
  95. CR Software Solutions or its suppliers be liable for any damages
  96. whatsoever (including without limitation, damages for loss of
  97. business or personal profits, business or personal interruption,
  98. loss of business or personal information, or any other pecuniary
  99. loss) arising from the use of or inability to use this CR Software
  100. Solutions product, even if CR Software Solutions has been advised
  101. of the possibility of such damages.  Because some states and
  102. jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability
  103. for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may
  104. not apply to you.
