  3.     The description  of this system  is  contained in a file named
  4.     ARTICLE.TXT. This is a  ASCII file and can  be read by typing:
  5.                a:>read article.txt
  6.     The instructions for using the system  is  contained in a file
  7.     TVINFO.TXT.  This and the four  UPGRADEx.TXT  files  should be
  8.         read thoroughly before attempting to run the programs. You can
  9.         not get the programs to run until you follow  the instructions
  10.     to set up the SYSTEM CONFIGURATION to match your computer. The
  11.     instructions are given in great detail in the TVINFO.TXT. This
  12.      Software is registered with the U. S. Copyright Office. The
  13.         conditions for it's use is covered in TVINFO.TXT.
