  8. Any questions about the status of the shipment of the order,
  9. refunds, registration options, product details, technical
  10. support, volume discounts, dealer pricing, SITE LICENSES, etc,
  11. must be directed to RKS Software, Inc. at 703-534-1726.

  39. FUND-RAISING LICENSE: By purchasing a registered copy of The
  40. Student Directory, you have the right to let any school group you
  41. belong to, such as the PTA, duplicate your copy and sell the
  42. copies (usually after students names have been entered) as part
  43. of a fund-raising effort. The group may sell copies for any
  44. reasonable price.

  46. THE SCHOOL GROUP IS THEN LEGALLY OBLIGATED TO REMIT $5.00 PER
  47. COPY SOLD TO RKS SOFTWARE.

  49. You must notify us in writing if you allow your registered copy
  50. to be duplicated for this purpose. Failure to do so will void
  51. your license to use the software.

  53. Note: the above fund-raising license applies to making diskette
  54. copies of the software program, not to any printed student lists
  55. you may make. You may use your personal registered copy of The
  56. Student Directory to print and distribute any number of hard-copy
  57. student lists you like.
