  73.     Registration for the first CPU  ..................    $ 15.00
  74.     Additional CPU's (regardless of location):
  75.     2-5     ......................................    $ 10.00 each
  76.     6-25    ......................................    $  7.50 each
  77.     26 & up ......................................    $  5.00 each

  79.     (For example, the cost to license 10 CPU's is $92.50; $15 for the
  80.     first CPU, $40 for numbers 2-5, and $37.50 for numbers 6-10).

  85.     A site license entitles the holder to run TIMECLOCK on any number
  86.     of computers at one site [one building, or one contiguous multi-
  87.     building complex].  Additional site licenses are required for each
  88.     disjoint site.  (For example, a company with a manufacturing complex
  89.     and separate office facilities in Chicago, and branch offices in
  90.     Miami and Los Angeles would need four site licenses.  However, if
  91.     there were fewer than 159 computers among all four locations, it
  92.     would be cheaper to license them individually.)

  94. Fees for Individual Users:

  99. "Registration for the first CPU" entitles you to run TIMECLOCK on one
  100. computer; with it you will receive a diskette containing the following:
  101.  
  102.     A)    the registered versions of timeclk.exe and report.exe,
  103.     B)    an abbreviated TIMECLOCK manual in ASCII text format, and
  104.     C)  the complete TIMECLOCK manual in PostScript format.
  105.  
  106. "Registration for the first CPU" also entitles you to a free upgrade to
  107. the next revision of TIMECLOCK.  This will be mailed to you automatically
  108. when it becomes available.  Upgrades to subsequent revisions will be
  109. billed at two-thirds off of the then-prevailing registration fee schedule.
  110.  
  111. Registration for additional CPU's covers only the right to use TIMECLOCK
  112. on more computers; it does not come with additional diskettes.  If you
  113. wish, however, additional diskettes may be ordered at $5 each, and
  114. printed copies of the TIMECLOCK manual are available for $5 each.
