  30. Don't run FIXUSERS.EXE with SF-Quick/BW 1.00h or SF-Quick/BW 1.00z

  32.   You MUST run FIXUSERS.EXE from your SF-Quick/BW directory, else, you MUST
  33. delete the file "SFPUSERS.DAT".

  35. Documentation and Why is this still a beta ===================================>
  36.  
  37. The doc's are not finished.  Reason:  I'm not done adding things yet.  This is
  38. still considered a beta until after I have added support for Blue Wave "Filters"
  39. and "KEYWORDS".  Along with this support will come the ability to use these
  40. settings for the QWK message scans.  Another thing that will be added for the
  41. 1.01 release will be the ability to scan for personal messages only...

  43. RUNTIME ERROR 100 or 101 =====================================================>

  45.   If you receive an "Runtime Error 100" when SF-Quick/BW 1.00h Beta starts, see
  46. "IF YOU ARE RUNNING Sf-Quick/BW 1.00g Beta".

  48.   SF-Quick/BW is for Spitfire 3.5 only, running it with an earlier version will
  49. cause a "Runtime Error 100".

  56. MULTI-NODE WITH A NETWORK ====================================================>

  58. Major changes in handling Networks, from the 'g' Beta.  Please test to the
  59. fullest.  The record locking rutines have changed.  This one should work.
  60. For networks, line 21 of the config.* will allow you to put sfquick's work
  61. directory on the drive of your choice.  The first char MUST be a valid drive.

  64. DISPLAY SCREENS ==============================================================>

  66. The display screens must be set to clear the screen before display.  They also
  67. must not have a line length in excess of 255 charaters.
  68.  
  69. QWKNAMES.DAT =================================================================>
  70.  
  71.   If your are having problems with the conference names in QWK packets,
  72. "QWKNAMES.DAT" is for you.  It allows you to define the name a conference
  73. will have within QWK mail packets.  Each conference gets one (1) line in this
  74. file.  The lines must be formated like this:

  76.                  1 ,Confernece1
  77.                  6 ,Conference6
  78.                  8 ,Conference8
  79.                  31,Conference31
  80.                  2 ,Conference2
  81.  
  82. As you can see the conferences can be in any order.  A conference that does
  83. not have an entry in this file. If a conference is not entered in this file, it
  84. will use the name in the "Net Id Field".  YOU MUST NOT duplicate conference
  85. names, or conference numbers in this file.

  87.   If the file "QWKNAMES.DAT" does not exist, SF-Quick/BW will use the "Net Id
  88. Field" for the QWK conference name.  If there is already a like QWK conference
  89. name SF-Quick will revert to the real conference name.

  93. COLORED CONFERENCE NAMES ======================================================>

  95.   Conferences with SYSOP security or higer are colored red in the conference
  96. Queue & Last Read message lists.

  102.   You may now tag multiple conferences within the Conference Queue & the Last
  103. Read Message pointers menu's.  The conference numbers must be deliminated by
  104. a comma, space, or ';'.

  108. NUMBERED QWK PACKETS ==========================================================>

  110.   You or your users may now choose to have QWK packets numbered.  This looks
  111. like this, QW1 thru QW9 and QW0 after 9 packets have been downloaded.  This
  112. option is <N> in the "Packet Configuraton" menu.

  127. SF-Quick/BW OPENING SCREEN ====================================================>

  129.   Registered users may now choose to not to display the opening screen.  It's
  130. the last line in the node configuration file, "CONFIG.*".  FALSE and SF-Quick
  131. will not display the opening "advertisement".
