  26.     public domain. The software and its documentation, this file, are
  27.     property of the author and may not be sold without written
  28.     permission from the author.

  31.     SHUTDOWN V1.10 is distributed as shareware. This means that
  32.     you are granted a limited license to use it for a period of 30
  33.     days. If you find it useful and decide to continue using it after
  34.     the trial period, registration is required.

  37.     Registered users will be granted a just-like-a-book license which
  38.     means a registered version of the software can be used by more
  39.     than one person and can be moved from one computer to another so
  40.     long as there is NO POSSIBILITY of it being used by two different
  41.     persons on two different computers at the same time, just like a
  42.     book can not be read by two different persons in two different
  43.     places at the same time.

  46.     By registering for a non-commercial license you agree that the
  47.     software will not be used for profit purpose and do not duplicate
  48.     more than 10 diskettes from any particular source diskette or image
  49.     file. Non-commercial license can not be licensed to a business,
  50.     organization, institution or government agency.

  53.     A commercial license allows you to use the software for profit or
  54.     non-profit purposes. With a commercial license you can duplicate
  55.     as many diskettes as you like.

  58.     Site licenses for use of SHUTDOWN v1.10 on multiple computers are
  59.     also available upon request at a reduced fee.

  63.             TERMS OF DISTRIBUTION :

  66.     Redistribution of SHUTDOWN v1.10 must include the software, its
  67.     documentation file, order form and all supplemental files (see
  68.     FILES.TXT) as a single unit without any modification AND subject
  69.     to the following conditions :

  72.     1. Any individual is welcome to make copies for his/her friends
  73.        and/or colleagues if NO FEE is charged.

  76.     2. Electronic bulletin boards, whether they charge or do not
  77.        charge their users subscription fee, are welcome to post the
  78.        program for down loading as long as they do not charge any fee
  79.        in particular for the distribution of SHUTDOWN v1.10.

  82.     3. Computer information services such as CompuServe (CIS), Genie,
  83.        etc., may post this software for their subscribers.

  86.     4. Non-commercial user groups and computer clubs may distribute
  87.        the program to their members if the fee charged for the
  88.        diskette containing SHUTDOWN v1.00 does not exceed $10.

  91.     5. Disk and CD-ROM vendors who explain the concept of shareware
  92.        in their ads that quote a price may distribute the shareware 
  93.        version of SHUTDOWN v1.10, if the fee charged do not exceed:
