  62.  You are encouraged to pass a copy of the shareware verison of PROFILE
  63.  along to your friends for evaluation. If you do so, you must provide
  64.  them with the entire set of PROFILE shareware version files.

  79.  When uploading PROFILE Version 1.1 to a BBS, simply send the archive
  80.  you downloaded (PF_11S.ZIP), and the description should come from
  81.  FILE_ID.DIZ (select ASCII upload when prompted for description). If
  82.  you must re-zip the archive please name it PF_11S.ZIP.

  86.  This software may NOT be used by any business, government agency or
  87.  institution without a Site License Agreement.

  89.  ■ Site License ■

  91.  If you plan on using PROFILE in a corporate, government office, or in
  92.  any business environment whatsoever, registration is mandatory and the
  93.  30 day limited license is strictly enforced. For such users, quantity
  94.  discounts are available under a Site License agreement.

  96.  One master copy of PROFILE (with documentation) will be provided on
  97.  diskette. The site is responsible for printing the documentation and
  98.  copying the diskettes for distribution. Backups of the master disks
  99.  do not count towards the total copies of the license.
  100.  
  101.  With all site licenses, the site will supply one contact person with
  102.  which all correspondence will be made. If a problem should occur, the
  103.  contact person will call and make arrangements to get a fix for the
  104.  problem. Updates to PROFILE will be forwarded to the contact person.
  105.  When filling out the order form, use the contact persons name to avoid
  106.  confusion at a later date.

  126.  MicroGear, does not warrant, guarantee, or make any representations
  127.  regarding the use, or the results of use, of the software or written
  128.  materials in terms of correctness, accuracy, reliability, currentness,
  129.  or otherwise. The entire risk as to the results and performance of the
  130.  software is assumed by you. If the software is defective you, and not
  131.  MicroGear or its dealers, distributors, agents, or employees, assume
  132.  the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair, or correction.

  140.  may not rely on any such information or advice. You may have other
  141.  rights which vary from state to state.

  144.  production or delivery of this product shall be liable for any direct,
  145.  indirect, consequential or incidental damages (including damages for
  146.  loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business

  148.  such product even if MicroGear has been advised of the possibility of

  156.  By using the shareware version of PROFILE you acknowledge that you have
  157.  read the warning and the limited warranty, understand them, and agree to
  158.  be bound by their terms and conditions. You also agree that the limited
  159.  warranty is the complete and exclusive statement of agreement between
  160.  the parties and supersede all proposals or prior agreements, oral or
  161.  written, and any other communications between the parties relating to
  162.  the subject matter of the limited warranty.
