  3.        This program requires Microsoft Windows.  Most of its features are
  4.        designed for the Windows for Pen Computing operating system.

  6.        Copy the PENEDIT.EXE and PENEDIT.HLP file to a directory in your
  7.        PATH  (i.e.  C:\WINDOWS).   Then create a new file program item
  8.        in Windows (using Program Manager's File/New).  See your
  9.        Windows manuals or help files for more details.
  10.  
  11.        You may delete the README.TXT, VENDOR.DOC, and PENEDIT.ZIP files
  12.        as these are not required by the program.
