  19.      If you want to become a beta-tester for Programs written by programers
  20.      of International Meridian Co. (IMC) you must:
  21.  
  22.                 1.    Be a registered user of the program(s) you wish to
  23.                       beta test
  24.                 2.    Be a node in Fidonet or SISNet or SIMNet
  25.                 3.    Fully agree to, and comply with, the conditions laid
  26.                       out in this file.
  27.                 4.    Fill in this form and send it to the following
  28.                       address: (no NETMAIL accepted since signature required)

  39.      There are a couple of terms to which you have to fully agree with
  40.      before returning this form to IMC! These terms are:
  41.  
  42.      [1]:       I'll poll Panda BBS! or official Distribution site of IMC's
  43.                 software for latest beta releases and non-beta releases of
  44.                 Program(s) I am beta testing at least once a week.
  45.  
  46.      [2]:       I will pick up PD_SOFT, an echo for discussion on Programs
  47.                 of IMC.
  48.  
  49.      [3]:       I will have public release (non-beta) of the Program(s)
  50.                 I am beta testing availble for public download and FReq
  51.                 by others.

  54.      [4]:       I agree to be active in PD_SOFT, and post any bugs, new feature
  55.                 suggestions on PD_SOFT NOT via netmail, so others can see it
  56.                 and discuss it.

  58.      [5]:       I agree that I may not distribute any beta version of the
  59.                 Program(s) I am beta testing for IMC unless approved by IMC
  60.                 as the official distribution site for programs wrote by IMC.
  61.  
  62.      [6]:       I agree that I will destory all copies of beta version of
  63.                 the Program(s) I am testing for IMC and discontinue receving
  64.                 PD_SOFT unless it's available on the backbone after end of my
  65.                 beta tester status.

  67.      [7]:       I agree that I will not route PD_SOFT to others unless approved
  68.                 as PD_SOFT hub or PD_SOFT is accept by FidoNet on backbone.

  70.      [8]:       I understand that the author nor IMC is not required to continue
  71.                 develop the Program(s) I am currently testing.

  73.      [9]:       I agree that once I have been accept as beta tester of Programs written by Bing Wu (author),
  74.                 I may not write any utility program for the Program(s) I am
  75.                 testing for IMC unless approve by IMC.
