Playing The Game
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Matchmaker is a memory game in which the objective is to match the
pictures. There are twelve skills levels, and the game is complete
when level 12 has been successfully completed. Each level has 36
tiles, meaning that there are 18 matches per level. In order to
advance to the next level, the player must match more pictures than
the computer. In the case of a tie, the player wins. If the player
fails to match more pictures than the computer the game is over.
The game begins with the player selecting two tiles. If the tiles
match then the player goes again until the two tiles overturned do
not match. Likewise, the computer will go again if it successfully
matches two tiles. The player always goes first at the beginning of
a new level.
Once a level has been completed a password will be displayed for the
next level. To start at a level other than level 1 requires the
password. This means that the that in order to win all tweleve levels
must be completed.
