  1.     The following are Galactic Net conference rules and regulations. 
  2.     It is our hope that these serve as a guidline to participating 
  3.     Sysops.
  4.     
  5.     We attempted to create a network free of intense policies and
  6.     harassing regulations. These descriptions and their accompanying
  7.     rules are in our eyes reasonable.
  8.  
  9.     As new conferences are sponsored, individual moderators will be
  10.     required to develop their own conference rules and regulations,
  11.     for inclusion in this file.

  15.     General Talk - Conference Moderator; Kathy Shaw

  17.                This is a general message conference, a "chit-chat"
  18.                area for all members of participating BBS's. Public
  19.                and private postings are permitted. Topics should be
  20.                diplomaticly discussed, and of a NON-SEXUAL nature!
  21.                Vulgar or profane language in public messages is
  22.                FORBIDDEN. Public fights are to be avoided!
  23.                Insults, threats or attempts to intimidate any
  24.                person are prohibited. NOTE: NO HANDLES PREMITTED IN THIS 
  25.                ECHO.

  27.                This is one of three echos that MUST be carried. 
  28.                The other two are the administration echo and the
  29.                sysop to sysop echo.

  322.        If a problem occurs between users the moderator must handle the 
  323.       situation with a NON-biased view. Look at both sides if need be 
  324.       and settle the argument.

  326.        The Galactic Net Administrator has the final say on ANY matter involving
  327.        Users, Visiting SysOps, Galactic Net SysOps, Moderators, Coordinators,  
  328.        Hubs, or the Net itself. All decisions are final.
