  26.         a personal nature, or my interest in any such property not

  77.         accounts, corporate obligations of every kind, preferred or 
  78.         common stocks, shares of investment trusts, investment companies, 
  79.         mutual funds, or common trust funds, including funds administered 
  80.         by the Executor, and mortgage participations, that men of 
  81.         prudence, discretion, and intelligence acquire for their own 
  82.         account.

  84.                 SIXTH:

  86.                 I direct that all inheritance, estate, or other death 
  87.         taxes (excluding any additional tax imposed under Internal 
  88.         Revenue Code Section 2032A or any generation skipping transfer 
  89.         tax) that may by reason of my death, be attributable to my 
  90.         probate estate or any portion of it, or to any property or 
  91.         transfers of property outside my probate estate, shall be paid by 
  92.         my Executor out of the residue of my estate disposed of by this 
  93.         Will, without adjustment among the residuary beneficiaries, and 
  94.         shall not be charged against or collected from any beneficiary of 
  95.         my probate estate, or from any transferee or beneficiary of any 
  96.         property outside my probate estate.

  100.                 If any beneficiary under this Will in any manner, 
  101.         directly or indirectly, contests or attacks this Will or any of 
  102.         its provisions, any share or interest in my estate given to the 
  103.         contesting beneficiary under this Will is revoked and shall be 
  104.         disposed of in the same manner provided herein as if that 
  105.         contesting beneficiary had predeceased me without issue.
