  3.                               SALES AGENCY AGREEMENT

  7.                 This Agreement is made this __________ day of 
  8.         ___________, 19__ in ________________, __________________ by

  12.                 Whereas, the Principal is the owner and operator of a

  16.                 Whereas, the Principal desires to employ the Agent for, 
  17.         and the Agent is willing to act for the Principal in, selling

  23.                 1.  The Principal shall employ the Agent as his
