  3. If you are upgrading from a version of DDIR earlier than 9.3,
  4. please note that the keys have been substantially changed. The
  5. earliest versions had very few functions - basically the sort routines,
  6. and the keys were mapped mnemonically. However, as more features were
  7. added at the request of users it became more and more difficult to assign
  8. keys reasonably logically. Hence, in version 9.3, I bit the bullet and
  9. remapped the keys. If, as a user of an earlier version, you
  10. find this confusing at first, please accept my apologies and take
  11. comfort in the fact that it was, for a short time, just as difficult for
  12. me!  Thanks for your understanding, and I hope you find the new
  13. configuration to be logical!
