  5. This program was written using MSVB 3 therefore the file VBRUN300.DLL must be 
  6. somewhere in your path. 
  7.  
  8. Blanker is a Windows 3.1 Screen saver. To set it up, simply copy the file 
  9. "COLSCR.SCR" into your Windows directory, and set it up using control panel 
  10. in the usual way.
  11. When the screen saver kicks in one of two things will happen. The first option
  12. is to have your screen painted with random colours. The second option is for
  13. you screen to slowly fade from Red to Green To Blue.
  14. The Password options in the setup form work in the same way as the usual 
  15. windows SCRs, exept that there is an option call "track password attempts".
  16. With this box checked, the program keeps a count of how many unsucesful 
  17. attempts have been made to enter you password, and then tells you when you 
  18. enter the correct password.

  24.     That is just about all I have to say at the moment except to tell 
  25. you about registration. 
  26. This program is distributed as Shareware. That means you can copy this 
  27. program around as much as you like. However, if you use this program then 
  28. please send 3.50 pounds (5US Dollars) to me at the address below, and I will
  29. e-mail you a registered copy of the latest version of this program plus 
  30. some others I have written. If you don't have an email address , then 
  31. for 5.00 pounds (10US dollars) I will send you a disk with program on it etc.
  32. If registering from outside the UK then note, I would prefer UK pounds, eg a 
  33. check drawn on a UK bank, or cash, but I will accept US dollars, again Cash is 
  34. prefered (it is more easy to change).

  36. Sys-Ops and shareware distributers are welcome to put this program on their 
  37. lists. It might be a good idea to contact me first so that you can be sure 
  38. of having the latest version.

  42. and what, if any, version of MS VB you have. Other system information would 
  43. help me to check any problems.
