  7. CJPOS.EXE     - Main Program executable file
  8.  
  9. CJPOS2.EXE    - Secondary module of CJPOS, must be run from CJPOS

  11. SETUP.EXE     - Sets up CJPOS, creating neccesary PN.NUM, 
  12.                      ITEMS.LST, LABOR.LST, and SETTINGS.DAT files. 
  13.                      Copies *.TXT files to your CJPOS directory.
  14.                      CJPOS later uses this file for program modification.

  16. DEMOITEM.LST  - Example  used for setup

  20. DEMOSET.DAT   - Settings for setup

  22. WARRANTY.TXT  - Example  used at BCAS, Print in CJPOS receipt menu by

  26. LEGALRCP.TXT  -  invoices. Use text editor to modify for your location.

  30. SAVER.TXT     - My screen saver advertisement. 5 lines of text up to
  31.                      column 40 will printed on screen. This file
  32.                      must be 5 lines. Invoked in the Receipt menu
  33.                      when there is no keyboard activity after 5 minutes.

  35. SETTINGS.TXT  - Explanation of items in the SETTINGS.DAT file

  37. README.TXT    - File for general info on operation / registration.

  67. CUSTSOLD.     - * Fixed record database file of customers. Can be alpha-
  68.               betically sorted by PROGRAM SETUP routine and output as ASCII 
  69.               delimited file named CUSTSOLD.OUT for input into other programs.

  72. CUSTLIST.EST  - * Fixed record database file of customers with estimates.
  73.  
  74. ITEMS.LST     - ASCII file of a 24 column width containing primary pop-up
  75.                 screen info in departments.
  76.  
  77. LABOR.LST     - A 100 line file containing canned labor descriptions.
  78.  
  79. LASTSALE.     - * Last sales day while running, pointer for SALELIST.
  80.  
  81. PN.NUM        - The biggie, it is a fixed record file containing partnumbers,
  82.                 price, cost, and inventory  quantity. The records are pointed 
  83.                 to by ITEMS.LST, i.e., every line of ITEMS.LST has one hundred
  84.                 records in PN.NUM.
  85.  
  86. REORDER.DAT   - Another     large file for tracking dates of stocking inventory and
  87.               last time an item was sold. Also provides reorder points for 
  88.                for items in PN.NUM. 
  89.  
  90. SALEMAN.DAT   - The names of your salespeople. Up to 15 characters each. 
  91.  
  92. SALELIST.     - * Binary record file of sales days. Sales info such as cash,
  93.                 check, or charge totals, sales date.
  94.  
  95. SALEMNTH.TEX  - An ASCII delimited text file of department totals and revenue
  96.                      for each day in a sales period created by the 
  97.                      PRODUCTS SOLD routine. Ready for importation into a 
  98.                      spreadsheet program that reads fields delimited by 
  99.                      spaces.( Import file type - ASCII commma or space 
  100.                      delimited )

  102. PRINTERS.DRV  - The supported printers of CJPOS. Your own printer control codes
  103.                     can be entered. See chart at the end for inputing 
  104.                     non-alphanumeric characters.

  154. Enter your personal codes by selecting after answering "N" to current
  155. printer & choose NEW PRINTER in the PRINTER/PORT SETUP of PROGRAM SETUP. 
  156. Experience has shown that the codes need to be adjusted to get the 
  157. desired output from your printer. If your printer does not have a graphics
  158. character set then answer no to the graphics box choice.
