  21. BOING! is a program for the Microsoft Windows operating system that
  22. will allow you to play sound files (WAVE format) with the click of
  23. a mouse button.  The neat thing about BOING! is that it sits as an
  24. icon on your desk top, or on top of other windows, and when you 
  25. click on it with your right button the sound file that you indicated
  26. will play.  And since you click it with the right button, the
  27. application that you have active does not become inactive.  You
  28. can run multiple copies of BOING! so you can have lots of sounds
  29. just a click away.  Be just like those wacky morning radio DJs
  30. with crazy sounds livening up your conversations.  If you have a
  31. sound card, or even just the pc-speaker driver, you'll love BOING!.

  35. BOING!, do the following:
  36.   - Start Windows
  37.   - From Program Manager's menu select File:Run.
  38.   - Type "winhelp" in the dialog box and press "OK".
  39.   - In Windows Help select File:Open from the menu.
  40.   - Find and select "BOING.HLP".
