  14.        OPUS boards can use DoorMaster 3.13 to convert/run the game

  20. Place ALL FILES that accompany this ZIP in the same DOS or DOOR# directory.
  21. Everything that you need to operate this software game IS included in this
  22. ZIP archive.  Do not erase any files unless you are certain you know exactly
  23. what they are!

  25. With this doorgame B&D Software now includes a routine where, if you do not
  26. want to edit the configuration file you can just delete it and run CHALLENGER
  27. BINGO locally. The game will detect the file's absence and prompt you for
  28. the data!

  30. As before you may, of course, edit the ASCII file, BINGO.CFG with an
  31. ASCII editor. This file includes information about your BBS which will be
  32. presented to the door users.

  34. You must know the proper name for your particular BBS's caller file, as it
  35. is needed in the batch file which runs the door.
  36.  
  37. If your BBS door type is not supported and you have to use a conversion
  38. program to create/convert your particular BBS's caller information file, I
  39. can add one if given the correct data.  Please, refer to your BBS's
  40. documentation and notice the caller information file that your software
  41. creates when going to a SHELL or EXTERNAL process.  I need to have the
  42. following data to be able to be read in from a standard ASCII file produced
  43. by the BBS software you have.

  45.    (1) Callers First and Last Name
  46.    (2) PORT used (ie COM1: or COM2:)
  47.    (3) baud rate of caller (DCE)
  48.    (4) remaining time left in minutes
  49.    (5) flag for ANSI color or MONOchrome graphics
  50.  
  51. Nearly ALL BBS's pkgs produce a caller info file when exiting to a door.
  52. Completely document your particular file and I will add support for your BBS
  53. type in future releases of this door and other doors by B&D Software.
