  1.  11:1  Then answered Zophar the Naamathite, and said,
  2.  11:2  Should not the multitude of words be answered? and
  3. should a man full of talk be justified?
  4.  11:3  Should thy lies make men hold their peace? and when thou
  5. mockest, shall no man make thee ashamed?
  6.  11:4  For thou hast said, My doctrine [is] pure, and I am
  7. clean in thine eyes.
  8.  11:5  But oh that God would speak, and open his lips against
  9. thee;
  10.  11:6  And that he would show thee the secrets of wisdom, that
  11. [they are] double to that which is! Know therefore that God
  12. exacteth of thee [less] than thine iniquity [deserveth].
  13.  11:7  Canst thou by searching find out God? canst thou find
  14. out the Almighty unto perfection?
  15.  11:8  [It is] as high as heaven; what canst thou do? deeper
  16. than hell; what canst thou know?
  17.  11:9  The measure thereof [is] longer than the earth, and
  18. broader than the sea.
  19.  11:10  If he cut off, and shut up, or gather together, then
  20. who can hinder him?
  21.  11:11  For he knoweth vain men: he seeth wickedness also; will
  22. he not then consider [it]?
  23.  11:12  For vain man would be wise, though man be born [like] a
  24. wild ass's colt.
  25.  11:13  If thou prepare thine heart, and stretch out thine
  26. hands toward him;
  27.  11:14  If iniquity [be] in thine hand, put it far away, and
  28. let not wickedness dwell in thy tabernacles.
  29.  11:15  For then shalt thou lift up thy face without spot; yea,
  30. thou shalt be stedfast, and shalt not fear:
  31.  11:16  Because thou shalt forget [thy] misery, [and] remember
  32. [it] as waters [that] pass away:
  33.  11:17  And [thine] age shall be clearer than the noonday; thou
  34. shalt shine forth, thou shalt be as the morning.
  35.  11:18  And thou shalt be secure, because there is hope; yea,
  36. thou shalt dig [about thee, and] thou shalt take thy rest in
  37. safety.
  38.  11:19  Also thou shalt lie down, and none shall make [thee]
  39. afraid; yea, many shall make suit unto thee.
  40.  11:20  But the eyes of the wicked shall fail, and they shall
  41. not escape, and their hope [shall be as] the giving up of the
  42. ghost.
