  44. *** Read the 4COLOR.DOC files and agree to the guidelines contained in
  45.     them by signing the above 4ColorNet Application.
  46. *** E-Mail this application to the SysOp of the BBS that you will be 
  47.     polling mail from. They will forward it to the Net Administrator.

  51.      E-Mail this directly to the Net Administrator yourself. The BBS
  52.      number is 301-831-8057. You may use the Guest account, just log
  53.      in using the name GUEST and the password of VIP. Either upload it
  54.      as a file or as a message.
  55. *** After this application has been reviewed by the Net Administrator, 
  56.     your intended hub will be contacted by E-Mail stating the status of 
  57.     your application (Yes or No).  Obviously, if you are asking to be a 
  58.     hub, we would call you directly. :)
