  3.  Date Stamp Copy (DSCOPY) is a file utility that is
  4.  used to synchronize the contents of two directory
  5.  structures. It compares the date and time of the
  6.  selected files in two directories and copies the
  7.  newer version of a file to the directory with the
  8.  older version. It is very useful for quickly and easily
  9.  synchronizing the files on an office or home
  10.  computer with the laptop carried when traveling or
  11.  to synchronize software development systems to
  12.  insure all files are current. With the options provide
  13.  DSCOPY is powerful and flexible and will become
  14.  your primary copy program replacing both OS/2's
  15.  COPY and XCOPY functions.

  17.  DSCOPY has facilities to:
  18.  
  19.   1. Enable you to specify files to be copied using the
  20.      wild care characters "?" and "*",
  21.  
  22.   2. Include files in subdirectories off the parent
  23.      directories,
  24.  
  25.   3. Specify a list of files and subdirectories not to be
  26.      included in the copy operation,
  27.  
  28.   4. Copy files that are in one directory structure but
  29.      missing from the other directory structure,
  30.  
  31.   5. Automatically create subdirectories required to
  32.      synchronize the two directory structures,
  33.  
  34.   6. Copy an entire directory structure to another one
  35.      creating parent and subdirectories as required,
  36.  
  37.   7. Limit copying to only one direction,
  38.  
  39.   8. Copy over older files only if the Archive Attribute
  40.      is NOT set indicating that the file has not been
  41.      modified since last backed up,
  42.  
  43.   9. Save for later reuse the parameters of an
  44.      unlimited number of copy operations,
  45.  
  46.  10. Define the default parameters to be used when
  47.      DSCOPY is first invoked.
