  15. The game 369 is not a lottery game even though it sounded like one.
  16. The game 369 is a two-player board game. The rule of the game is very
  17. simple. Each player takes turn to cross out one of the squares in a
  18. 9x9 board. The player scores by forming rows or columns with 3, 6, or
  19. 9 consecutive crosses. In each turn, a player can keep crossing until
  20. he put a cross in a non-scoring position. The game ends if all
  21. squares on the board has been crossed.
