  1. 5-11-94                     MTEZ Convert

  3.      To  resend fax  or convert fax that has been rec'vd by MTEZ, go to the
  4. View   fax  screen. Press 'M' to move. Give the filename, but NO  PATH.  It
  5. will  automatically be put in your FAX directory, where you can re-send  it
  6. or View or Print it.

  8.      To  convert  the  file after it becomes the DCX  file:  In  your  MTEZ
  9. directory  is DCX2PCX.EXE to convert your files. Type DCX2PCX and  it  will
  10. display  a  Help screen, showing command options. A multipage fax  will  be
  11. made into single pages, which you can Fax, View, or Print.

  13.      MTEZ can send PCX files. You can edit them with a PAINT program.

  15.      You  need  OCR  software to convert a PCX (or TIF) to  text.  we  have
  16. tested  none,  and have no recommendations.  Bitfax Pro for  Windows  comes
  17. with OCR, and writeups on it have been very good. Bit-510-490-2928.
