  3.      This program is distributed as Shareware.  It is NOT free.  You are
  4. granted a limited license to evaluate this program for a period not to
  5. exceed 15 days.  If, after that time, you wish to continue using the program,
  6. you are required to REGISTER it with the author.  Use the registration
  7. form provided (REGISTER.TXT).  If that file is missing, simply send $13.50
  8. to the author at the address listed at the end of the documentation.
  9.      Please feel free to distribute this program by any means, including

  11. You may NOT charge a fee for the distribution of the program except a nominal
  12. media fee not to exceed $5.00.
