  20.  you must qualify from the following information:

  22.  * You must be a SysOp and run a BBS
  23.  * You must run a 24hour BBS
  24.  * Your BBS must .NOT. contain any illegal activities
  25.  * You must set up a seperate file area just for ViBE ANSi Packs/Info
  26.  * You must display the ViBE Distribution Site ANSi before the user reaches
  27.    the Main Menu prompt [Choose from VIBEDIS#.VIB].
  28.  * You must agree NOT to use ..ANY.. ANSi screens made by the group in ViBE
  29.    unless permitted to.
  30.  * You must not add or delete anything from any ANSi's you receive.
