  16. SHORT DESCRIPTION       A Windows Keyboard Utility to make
  17.                 the PC keyboard act as if it has a Selectric
  18.                 type shift lock.

  20. DESCRIPTION     
  21.    sTOP tHAT is a Windows utility to allow the Caps Lock key to behave in the
  22.    same way as a typewriter. The PC Shift keys reverse the Caps Lock key, so if
  23.    the Caps Lock is on, and you press the Shift key, yOU TYPE THIS.

  25.    sTOP tHAT changes the shift key so it behaves the same as an IBM typewriter:
  26.    A shift key guaranties an uppercase character. sTOP tHAT allows the user to
  27.    control how the Num Lock and Scroll Lock keys behave, and will indicate the
