  6. UPDATE INFORMATION
  7.  
  8. - This version of OYC has been designed to be compatible with
  9.   the Windows version of OYC.  It can not use catalog files
  10.   created by earlier DOS versions of OYC.  If you have entered
  11.   information using an earlier version you can still use those
  12.   catalog files.  When you register either the DOS (or Windows) 
  13.   version you will receive software that automatically reads 
  14.   the catalogs created by older versions.

  16.   HomeCraft guarantees that the registered version of the 
  17.   software will never be changed in a way the results in your
  18.   having to re-enter your information.  We have kept this
  19.   promise to our register users since we started business in 1985.

  23. NOTE: When you first boot this software it will display a cataloging
  24. format designed to catalog just the key information about your
  25. collection.  You can expand (or reduce) the number of lines by using
  26. the Set Up New Cat. Format option on the Utilities Menu.

  28. The program is contained in an self-extracting archive file called
  29. ORGANIZE.  You can install both the program and documentation
  30. on your hard disk by typing INSTALL and following the
  31. instructions that appear on the screen.

  33. Once installed on your hard disk you can print the user's manual by
  34. typing: OYCMANUL.  Please note that the manual is about 80 pages.
  35. The manual is in a file called OYC.DOC, which is an ASCII text
  36. file that can be read using most word processing software.
