  8. - Now you can have Monthly specials or specials on a specific date
  9. - If a file named BENEFITS.TAB exists, users can view this file to
  10.     see what benefits they will get from subscribing to your BBS.
  11. - If a file named SPECIALS.TAB exists, users can view any special
  12.     subscription offers you have running.
  13. - Menu prompt will show the current date so you can see what date
  14.     Sync_TABS is using for checking specials.  This should always
  15.     be the current date if you computer clock is correct.

  53. code which cut the .exe size almost in half.
