  1. TRC DEVELOPMENT LICENSE AGREEMENT

  4. Read this license agreement in its entirety.  Use of any product(s) by
  5. TRC Development or Cory Wright (hereafter known collectively as "TRC")
  6. indicates your acceptance of the term and conditions of this license
  7. agreement in addition to your acceptance of any variances or additions
  8. to this agreement added to or noted by an official copy of the license
  9. agreement within each program TRC Development or Cory Wright releases
  10. and your agreement to abide by them.  In the event a license agreement
  11. is not present in an official program release, you may assume that this
  12. license agreement is in effect.  An official program release is an
  13. authenticated ZIP file available on the author's bulletin board or sent
  14. to you on magnetic media.
  15.  
  16. This is a legal agreement between you, the end user, and TRC.  By
  17. installing your registration codes, you signify you are agreeing to be
  18. bound by the terms of this agreement.
  19.  
  20. You, the original purchaser, are granted a registration license to use
  21. this software under the terms stated in this agreement.  You may not use
  22. this software on more than one computer (i.e. a single CPU).  This
  23. license is non-transferable and non-refundable.  You may not rent,
  24. lease, sell, or transfer this registration license to another
  25. individual, company or entity.

  27. The software and all of its parts (i.e. documentation, supporting text,
  28. etc.) are provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind.  TRC will not
  29. be liable for any damages, whether special, incidental, consequential,
  30. indirect or similar, nor will it take responsibility or be liable for
  31. any data loss, incurred costs, equipment damage or the like as a result
  32. of using this software even if TRC has been notified of the possibility
  33. of such damage.  In no event will TRC's liability for any damages ever
  34. exceed the price paid for the software license.
  35.  
  36. This agreement will be interpreted and enforced in accordance with
  37. Tennessee state law.  Both parties consent to the judgement of a
  38. competent State or Federal Court located in Knox County, TN.
  39.  
  40. If any part of this agreement is found invalid or void, it will not
  41. affect the validity of the remainder of this agreement, which shall
  42. remain valid and binding.
