  5.   ■ Maintenance Release. Previously, an expiration date was hard-coded into
  6.     the PPE. Now, there is NO expiration date. Sorry to all those that had
  7.     received "Notices" in their logfiles!

  9.     The reason for adding the expiration date was because PCBNEWS is going
  10.     under MAJOR changes (Too many to explain - If you'd like to find out,
  11.     write us email) and we wanted to keep everyone up-to-date.
