  1.  ------------ LW_MGR fixes since release of Gamma 3 -------------
  2. 3-14-94  dosunit: Fixed reporting of Gig drives (Serge) if Free Disk Space
  3. 3-16-94 fileunit: Display "empty" message to empty file areas (serge)
  4.                   Also moved command line to the bottom of screen.
  5. 3-24-94 langunit: Language editor is now working.
  6. 3-30-94  dosunit: reworked and optimized text editor.
  7. 3-31-94 fileunit: sped up the "adopt" process by about 1000 times if area 
  8.                   contains under 300 files, about 4+ times faster if over 300.
  9. 4-02-94 confunit: found that archive viewer was being saved as one of the 
  10.                   function key commands instead... fixed.
  11. 4-04-94 fileunit: sped up "sort" routines by about 1000 times! Also changes
  12.                   date sorting from file date to UPLOAD date.
  13. 4-05-94 fileunit: sped up "delete" routine.
  14. 4-16-94 fileunit: Added Bill Dykstra's ArchiveMaster to the commands.
  15. 4-17-94 allunits: Renamed LWEDIT to LW_MGR.
  16. 4-19-94 userunit: Checked and refined /V and /C parameters (see below).

  48.                   will NOT force the user to enter a password, it will ONLY
  49.                   over ride the other passwords IF they are used.  (suggested
  50.                   by Pam Smith)

  52.                   flags, the template for the "A" flags was always being

  81. 6-08-94 fileunit: was not able to rename entry #1 when renaming files. fixed.

  83.                   asked to delete the tagged files, it was still asking before
  84.                   deleting the last file.  fixed.

  86. 6-08-94 fileunit: when converting tagged files, eliminated asking each time
  87.                   to delete original file.
  88. 6-09-94 fileunit: fixed short display after hurling files.
  89. 6-10-94 fileunit: added ability to search FILES.BBS and FILE_IDx.xx files for
  90.                   descriptions. the files.bbs and/or file_idx.xx MUST be in 
  91.                   the same dir as the file.
  92. 6-10-94 fileunit: fixed bug that did not recognize a change was made when
  93.                   importing a description.
  94. 6-11-94 fileunit: error 100 was reported when total file areas setup were
  95.                   less than 40.  Fixed!  (Zack Jones)
  96. 6-15-94  dosunit: rewrote text editor.  If all is ok, I will rewrite it into
  97.                   the description editor.  Why? cuz the dos text editor should
  98.                   be a LOT faster than the current description editor.

  110.      note: /V and /V CAN be used in combination to allow viewing of users

  112.      note: /V and /C will not give proper access (none) if used in local mode.
